IP Protection - External Measures
While we endeavor only to build relationships and partner with suppliers that have experience and history of satisfactory ethics and integrity, we also take the following measures with our outside partners to help ensure that your ideas are safe and protected.
Non-Disclosure Agreements
Each partner and supplier is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement guaranteeing that they will not share or disclose any system, operation, or pertinent information regarding your product ideas and HTG operations and services.
Dividing Product Data among Different Suppliers
Our production strategy at HTG to ensure IP Protection is to divide up development and manufacturing parts and processes among different suppliers and partners so that there is not one entity that possesses all of the information and components of the product being designed, assembled, or manufactured. All divided parts and processes, once finished, are sent to our HTG facility to be assembled and tested under the oversight of our Western Management Team.
Not Disclosing the Function of the Product to Suppliers
We do not disclose the functionality specifications of any product to any of our suppliers. This keeps each supplier, in essence, “blind” to our clients’ ideas and inventions so as to ensure the potential reproduction of any of our clients’ products or ideas is next to impossible.
