Supplier Selection, Inspection, and Negotiation

We not only carefully select and inspect which suppliers are capable of producing the quality materials needed for your product, but we also negotiate the best prices available for parts, materials and components. Once a project is in progress, we implement IQC and Supply Audits for all incoming parts to ensure the quality that HTG and our clients expect are not only met but exceeded. Production and Final-Assembly Inspection
All assembly, functional testing and final quality inspection is performed in-house at HTG facilities. Our Team of Western Management goes to great lengths to ensure the expected quality of your product’s development and Turnkey manufacturing is exceeded through our “Western Quality Control Services.” We understand that poor quality is unacceptable and that in the past some of our clients have faced some unfortunate and disheartening situations working with China for their product development and manufacturing solutions. Some companies have designed and ordered products from China only to find many of the ordered products not functioning or designed to their specifications. Our experienced team of professionals helps keep these unfortunate situations to a minimum by providing 100% Functional Test and Visual Inspection, according to IPC610 – Class 2, of the completed products before they go out to our clients and market.
