Supply Chain Management
One of the great benefits we offer at HTG is providing our customers with Turnkey solutions. By providing our clients with Turnkey solutions, we’re able to offer the many benefits of our specialized supply chain partners who provide us with key advantages in order to maximize innovation, quality, and affordability.
Our supply chain provides the following:
- Sourcing and new vendor qualification
- Warehousing and IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
- Supplier development and Audits
- MRP and system driven Purchasing
- Import and Export ability
Assembly, Test and Final Inspection
All assembly, functional testing and final quality inspection is performed in-house at HTG facilities. This allows our Western Management Team to ensure that the products you’ve requested are not only made with the highest quality, but produced with the correct design and functionality as well. You can be sure that by choosing HTG, your products will be made right the first time.
We also take protecting your IP Rights very seriously. One of the many initiatives we take to do this is preventing any single vendor from having all your product information. SMT and THT
Since soldering is not a critical in house process, we outsource this to our two qualified factories located nearby. The factories have:
- 10 SMT lines
- 4 Wave soldering lines
- AOI and X-ray availability
- ROHS compliant production
- 0201, uBGA placement capability
