Quality control for a supplier introduced by you always starts with a Supplier Audit. We will arrange for an onsite bilingual team to visit and audit your supplier. Please contract us to review our Supplier Audit Form.

Production Pilot
We will arrange for an onsite bilingual team to visit your supplier during the production launch. The team will evaluate the production process and ensure that the product meets your requirements. We will check that the product meets all visual/ mechanical specification and if possible also the functional specification.

Ongoing Project Management
This solution provides you with Western Project Management Interface into China. It is ideal for the good supplier that has the potential risk of miscommunication. It is also very useful if you just prefer the convenience of dealing with a Western Interface in China. We become your “voice” in China.

Systemize
Upon encountering a potential area of risk we will provide you a recommendation for a system if that system can properly address the pitfall. The system’s complexity will determine whether you can implement it with your supplier on your own or if you need our help to implement it. If our help is needed we will need to charge for our effort, which will be upon your approval. “Our mission is to throw more brains at the problem not more people!”

Find New Vendor
Some vendors can never be fixed with a system. In that event you need to replace the vendor. We will find 5 suitable vendors, do a background check and obtain a quotation from each one. We will then mutually select the best supplier with you. An onsite Supplier Audit will be included to confirm that the vendor is solid.

DIY Help
DIY or Do It Yourself help means that we provide you with a translator that is experienced in performing factory audits. We will visit the factory with you and help you in performing the audit. We can also provide you with our auditing forms to help you complete the audit and asses the factory.
